Can I Use ReVanced on PC?
No, ReVanced does not have a native PC or Windows version. ReVanced Manager is an Android application that patches Android APKs. It cannot run on Windows, macOS, or Linux directly. However, you have alternative options.
Option 1: Browser Extensions (Recommended)
The easiest way to replicate ReVanced features on desktop is through browser extensions:
- uBlock Origin — Blocks all YouTube ads in Firefox and Chrome
- SponsorBlock — Skips sponsored segments (same as ReVanced's SponsorBlock patch)
- Return YouTube Dislike — Shows dislike counts (same as ReVanced's RYD patch)
- Enhancer for YouTube — Adds playback speed controls, themes, and more
Combined, these extensions replicate nearly all ReVanced features on desktop browsers.
Option 2: Android Emulator
You can run ReVanced on PC through an Android emulator:
- Install an Android emulator (BlueStacks, LDPlayer, or Nox)
- Download ReVanced Manager inside the emulator
- Follow the standard patching process
- Use the patched YouTube app within the emulator
Note: Performance varies by emulator and system specs. This method is not officially supported by the ReVanced team.
Option 3: FreeTube (Desktop Alternative)
FreeTube is an open-source desktop YouTube client available for Windows, macOS, and Linux. It provides ad-free viewing, subscription management, and privacy features without needing a Google account.
