What You Can Contact Us About
- Content corrections: inaccurate information you found on any page
- Suggestions: ideas for new guides, comparisons, or troubleshooting topics
- Editorial inquiries: questions about our editorial process or policies
- Partnership or media: collaboration opportunities
Corrections are the messages we most want. If a step in a guide no longer works, if an app we list as active has gone quiet, or if a link points somewhere it should not, telling us is the fastest way it gets fixed. Suggestions are worth sending too, particularly requests for a troubleshooting page that does not exist yet, since those come directly from problems people are actually having.
What We Cannot Help With
- Technical support for YouTube Vanced, ReVanced, or any third-party app
- APK file requests
- Account or login issues with Google, YouTube, or any app
- Legal advice regarding modified apps
The support limitation is not a brush-off. We do not develop any of these apps, we have no access to your device or account, and we cannot see what a given build is doing on it. Anything we could offer over email would be guesswork dressed up as help. The published guides are where our actual knowledge lives, and they are more useful than a reply would be.
APK requests are declined as a matter of policy. We do not send files to anyone. Where a maintained project is concerned, its own release channel is linked on the relevant page; for the discontinued Vanced app, the download status page explains the situation and what the archive link is.
How to Reach Us
Email: contact@vancedapp.io
For corrections, please include the page URL and a description of the inaccuracy. Our Corrections Policy explains how we handle them.
We aim to answer editorial inquiries within 48 hours.
A message that names the page and says what is wrong gets dealt with faster than one that does not, and a link to a source settles the question immediately. Reports that require research take longer, and some are answered by the page changing rather than by a reply. We do not publish the names or addresses of people who write in; what we do with the message itself is covered by the privacy policy.
Partnership and Media
Media questions about the site, its editorial approach, or the Vanced and ReVanced situation generally are welcome. What we do not do is let a project sponsor, approve, or pre-read its own coverage, or agree in advance to a favourable comparison. Requests of that kind are declined, and the reasoning is set out in the editorial policy.
