Patch failures in ReVanced Manager are usually caused by version mismatches or resource issues. Here is how to resolve them.

Common Causes

• Wrong app version: The #1 cause. Only specific base app versions are supported by each patch set
• Insufficient storage: Patching requires temporary space for the build process
• Outdated Manager: Older Manager versions may not support newer patch formats
• Corrupted APK: The downloaded base app APK may be incomplete or damaged
• Incompatible patches: Some patch combinations may conflict

How to Fix

1. Check supported versions: In Manager, look for the recommended base app version
2. Update Manager: Download the latest from official ReVanced GitHub releases
3. Clear Manager data: Settings → Apps → ReVanced Manager → Clear Data
4. Free storage: Ensure at least 500MB free space
5. Re-download base APK: Get a fresh copy of the supported version
6. Use default patches: Avoid custom patch combinations until the default set works
